Item Market & Auctions

The Item Market is the player-to-player shop for gear, pets and custom items. List something for Money or Orebits, and other players buy it while you're offline. Plain resources now trade on the Bazaar instead.

Opening the market

You can also use the Item Market NPC at spawn or Economy → Open Item Market in the Server Menu.

Listing an item

   Hold the item

   Hold the item you want to sell in your main hand.

   Run /listitem

   Or press List Item in the market.

   Set price and currency

   Pick Money or Orebits and a price from 1 to 1,000,000,000.

   Confirm

   Your listing goes live and is announced in chat.

   Collect

   When it sells, the payment waits in Claims. Unsold items return to Claims when they expire.

What can't be listed

• Items locked with /lockitem
• Items waiting in item restoration
• Items marked as unlistable, like the Server Menu item
• Pets that are summoned or deposited (withdraw them as an item first)
• Block kits that have been used or aren't complete
• Plain resources the Bazaar handles

Buying

Find an item on Listings (use Filters or Search), select it, and press Confirm Purchase. You need one free inventory slot. The seller's payment goes to their Claims.

Slots, limits and fees

Buy orders

Item Market buy orders have moved to the Bazaar. You can't create new ones; the Bazaar (NEW) button in their place opens the Bazaar, where buy orders work for every resource. Any older orders can still be filled, and their refunds and items collected, under Your Orders and Order Claims (/orders).

Live auctions

Staff run timed live auctions of rare items at spawn. Everyone can bid in real time with Money or Orebits; players can't start their own.

   Watch the bar

   While an auction runs, the top of your screen shows LIVE AUCTION, the time left, USE /bid and the current leader.

   Place a bid

   Press BID for the minimum next bid, or CHOOSE BID to enter your own amount.

   Escrow

   Your bid is taken from your balance right away and held.

   Outbid?

   You're refunded automatically. If that fails, the refund waits in /auctions claims.

   Win

   The winner sees AUCTION WON! with confetti. Collect the prize from /auctions claims.

Bid steps and anti-snipe

The minimum next bid is the current bid plus whichever is bigger: a percentage of the current bid or a flat amount. Staff set both for each auction, and the menu always shows the exact Next bid.

Bids placed in the last moments extend the timer, so there's always time to respond. A typical setup: a 10-minute auction, a raise of at least 2.5%, and each bid in the last 30 seconds adds 10 seconds (up to 10 extra minutes).

• You can't raise your own bid while you're already winning.
• Some auctions are a Mystery Prize, revealed when bidding begins.
• The Auction Top Spenders holograms at spawn rank the biggest winners; the menu also has Auction History.
