📈 Earth Real Estate is now live 🏠 With the introduction of the Real Estate Market, buying and selling claims has become easier than ever!
Claims can be bought and sold using either money or Orebits and filters are available to browse various build categories.
Browse the market to see all claims currently for sale. You can teleport to claims to check them out before making your purchase.
Access the Real Estate Market by typing the command
/realestate or through the server menu in the
Economy tab.
Important Information:- When selecting a claim chunk to list for sale,
ALL claim chunks
connected to it will be listed along with it.
- When a claim is actively listed for sale you will not be able to interact with the claim any longer. To access your claim again you need to cancel the listing.
- You need to have enough available claims to be able to purchase claims from the Real Estate Market.
- All sales and purchases are final. Once a claim has been sold, there is no returning it.
Inactive cities that get disbanded will have their claims go on the Real Estate market automatically. First come first serve, so make sure to watch out for the real estate market if some sought-after land becomes available.
