Every 4 hours, prizes fall over the spawn pond. Hook them with a normal fishing rod.
The Treasure Pond is a pond at spawn. Every 4 hours, prizes fall from the sky over the water for 5 minutes. Hook a prize with a normal fishing rod before it hits the water, and it is yours.
Anyone can join. Prizes include money, Bones, diamond blocks, spawners and Enchanted Golden Apples.

When is it?
It starts at 01:00, 05:00, 09:00, 13:00, 17:00 and 21:00 UTC, every day. UTC is world time, so it may be different from your clock.
The easy way: the sign over the pond counts down to the next one, and /events lists the next events in your game. Five minutes before it starts, you see this in chat:
How to play

Get a normal fishing rod
Type
/kit fishingrodfor a free one. Special fishing rods don't work here. - 2
Go to the pond
Type
/warp pond. Or open the Server Menu (the item in your last hotbar slot, or type/menu), press Teleport, then Treasure Pond. - 3
Stand on the bank
Stay close to the water. You can't go into the pond.

Hook a falling prize
Cast at a prize in the air. It sticks to your hook for 5 seconds.

Reel it in
Use the rod again while it is stuck. The prize is yours.

Tips
- Get your rod and warp over during the 5-minute warning.
- Aim at prizes that are still high up. You need time to hook and reel.
- During the Halloween Event, some falling pumpkins give Candy.
