The following rules apply to the InPvP website (inpvp.net), Discord server, and any other community platforms:

  • Profile content: Bios, screenshots, and other profile content must not contain NSFW material, hate speech, harassment, personal information of others, or advertising.
  • Screenshots: Uploaded screenshots are automatically scanned for inappropriate content. Repeated attempts to upload inappropriate images may result in account suspension.
  • Support system: Do not submit false reports, fraudulent tickets, or spam the support system. Do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue or multiple ban appeals for the same ban.
  • Reputation system: Do not abuse the reputation system with fake reviews, coordinated vote manipulation, or targeted harassment.

5. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in severe consequences, typically a permanent ban on first offense:

  • Real-money trading (IRL trading): Selling, buying, or exchanging in-game items, currency, accounts, or services for real-world money, gift cards, or any non-in-game consideration.
  • Account selling or sharing: Selling, buying, or sharing access to InPvP accounts.
  • DDoS / network attacks: Any attempt to disrupt InPvP services through denial-of-service attacks or other network-level attacks.
  • Doxxing / personal information: Sharing, threatening to share, or requesting personal information about other players.
  • Death threats / real-life threats: Any threat to a person's real-life safety, including SWAT threats.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for purchases made on InPvP. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact our support team first.

6. Prohibited Content

In accordance with our agreements with Microsoft and the Minecraft platform, the following categories of content are strictly prohibited on all InPvP services, including game servers, websites, Discord, and any associated platforms:

  • Alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, and drug-related content.
  • Adult, sexually oriented, or pornographic material of any kind.
  • Mature or age-restricted entertainment content (e.g., M-rated game brands, R-rated movie franchises).
  • Gambling and real-money gaming content, including references to online casinos or betting platforms.
  • Weapons, firearms, and related content.

This includes but is not limited to in-game chat, builds, signs, profile bios, screenshots, support tickets, forum posts, suggestions, and any other user-generated content.

7. Enforcement

InPvP staff enforce these rules at their discretion. Moderation decisions take into account the severity of the offense, the player's history, and the context of the situation.

  • Punishments escalate as shown in the tables above. Repeat offenders receive progressively harsher penalties.
  • Staff may skip escalation steps for severe offenses or issue punishments not listed above when appropriate.
  • Ban evasion (using alternate accounts or other methods to circumvent a ban) is itself a separate offense that extends the original punishment.
  • Bans apply to all InPvP services, including game servers, website features, and Discord.

8. Reporting & Appeals

Reporting violations: If you witness a rule violation, report it through our in-game report system or submit a player report ticket on the website.

Ban appeals: If you believe your ban was issued in error, you may submit one ban appeal through the website. Appeals are reviewed by senior staff. Submitting multiple appeals for the same ban or submitting dishonest appeals may result in your appeal being denied.

InPvP reserves the right to deny appeals and to make final moderation decisions at its sole discretion.
